In honor is Mother's Day I have selected my FAVORITE recipe from Sweet Mama! When I was little I thought that this was brown rice...it was brown of course! When I grew up I found out that it was just the early 60's take on brown rice! But it is so tasty and I still love it today!!!
Sweet Mama's Brown Rice1 cup white rice
1 can French Onion soup
1 can beef broth
1 stick margarine
Place in small casserole dish. Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. Enjoy!
