Here is the newest listing in the shop...Fingerless Mitts!! I love them! These are made out of Lion's Brand Wool-Ease yarn...20% wool, 80% acrylic. They are so warm and fun to make!! I have made a few and put them in the shop here

Hello... Remember Me??

Hello Friends! I got a new hard drive and now have Windows 7!!! Yippee!! I can now write new posts and share the latest aprons now in my shop! This is a BBQ version of my Skulls and Roses Hostess Apron. Isn't it cute?!! I am currently making it in a plus size too...hopefully I can get it posted to the shop by tomorrow. Back to work!!  :)

Blogger Changes...really???

Hi Friends!
I am having a hard time posting since they have changed Blogger! For some reason it no longer supports my browser...Hopeful I will figure it out soon! Any tips will be appreciated!!!
Until then please keep checking my shop as I am adding new items all the time! The latest is Crochet 100% cotton Dish Cloths! I would add a picture but... :( Here is the link (I think) never mind....sigh.... http://www.etsy/listing/100827311 maybe this worked. They are really cute...believe me... also coming in different colors!!
 More news...Skippy graduated from High School Friday night! (I would add a picture...but you know...) He and his family are moving back to Savannah and leaving us! He will go to college down there like his sister. Now we are trying to get the house ready to sell and packed up for the movers. Never a dull moment here!
More later when I figure this out.....

The Weekend!!

It was a busy Sunday!! Easter, Passover and Sweet Mama's Birthday All in the same day! At church yesterday the whole congregation sang Happy Birthday to her during the service..She was so surprised and happy.

Kojac went to Savannah for Passover so we took Sweet Mama to Longhorn's for dinner Saturday. Of course she got the free desert, an ice cream sundae...which she promptly fed to Precious. It was the only way to share as she only got one spoon!

We had a nice Easter/Birthday lunch at Red's and then spent the rest of the day packing... They are all moving back to Savannah as Kojac inherited his mother's house when she passed away last summer. So after Skippy graduates High School (can you believe it?) they are selling the house and moving the remaining items down there. It is only 2 1/2 hrs away so Sweet Mama and I will be taking road-trips...

I have been busy making new aprons to add to the shop. My latest is teacher aprons. You can see a cute one here - Happy Bugs!!
